NEW!! Funding supplied through Medicare now means we are able to offer a teleconferencing service for all patients with a Medicare card or DVA card. As the nature of ENT means we need to have a look inside the ears, nose, and throat, there are some limitations on what we can offer and sensibly achieve. For most situations, we are going to require an initial consultation in our rooms, but subsequent to this, depending on your condition, we may be able to monitor your care without personally travelling to see us. Please note that you will need to be able to access either a Smartphone with video transmission capabilities, or a web camera. The following information sheet is hopefully self-explanatory for this new service that we have on offer. |
